The nitty gritty

All sessions must be used within 12 months of first session.
20% deposit required upon booking in order to confirm your dates. Full payment required prior to first session.
Refunds & Rescheduling
In the event that your HTWA mentor cannot complete your audit for unforeseen reasons, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule with an alternative mentor, or to receive a refund for hours not used (at a rate of $150 USD per hour).
If you are no longer able to continue your audit, refunds will not be granted but rescheduling may be offered at HTWA discretion.
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours may result in the session no longer being available.
